Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Sobel, Bush & McCluskey LLP and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties would like to thank you for attending 16th annual Big Taste! The Big Taste was held at The Evergreen Club in Palm City in conjunction with The Big Golf Tournament presented by Bayview Construction.

Thanks to the generosity and support, the 16th Annual Big Taste and Tournamnet raised an estimated $85,000!

Martin and Northern Palm Beach Counties’ most noted restaurants are the stars of this well established and much anticipated event! The Big Taste, sometimes referred to as The Taste of Martin County or A Taste of Martin County’s Best, reflects the best in culinary presentation as well as the very best of community camaraderie for a most deserving cause. Local chefs from a range of 30 or more dining establishments will prepare and serve their signature culinary delights and vie for the prestigious recognition of winning one of The Big Taste’s six award categories.

Best Soup- Palm City Grill, for New England Clam Chowder
Best Salad- Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, for Fresh Mozzarella Salad
Best Appetizer- The Evergreen Club, for New England Mussels sautéed with roasted garlic, fresh parsley and white wine
Best Entrée- Martin County High School Academy of Culinary Arts for Sea Scallops with celery root puree, vegetable sauté & red pepper-orange marmalade
Best Dessert- Edible Spirits, for Pineapple Rum Cakes with homemade Pineapple Ice Cream
Best Presentation- The Evergreen Club
Best Beer- JJ Taylor for Samuel Adams Boston Lager
